Well it seems that everything will be inline for the Mr. & I to purchase our first home by year end. Thanks to overwhelming support and guidance from family and close friends we're actually going to take the plunge and become homeowners. We could not have even attempted to make it this far without you and you know who you are! Much love, kisses, hugs and extreme graditude to you all.
We'll be looking in nearby Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa so as not to extend either of our current commutes too much farther. We should have just enough time to settle in and prepare our new home for Mason. :)
Meanwhile, we are currently awaiting some plubming repairs at our rental home. Not too far back we came home to a flooded upstairs bathroom, and downstairs kitchen. Fortunately it does not appear that there's too much damage, and we have the downstairs bathroom as a back up. I will definately be a much happier pregnant lady once the upstairs is fixed though. Having to trek through the house at all hours of the night to relieve myself is getting to be ridiculous.
